FINANCIAL SERVICES
Tim Curley is our Financial Service Manager. Tim has been in the Auto industry since 1986. He has been a finance manager since 1988. Tim has completed several finance courses offered by a variety of auto makers over the years. He received the Dale Carnegie Course, Highest Award for Achievement in December 2000.Tim's roots are local as he is a graduate of Glens Falls High School class of 1971. His philosophy is to treat people the same way he would like to be treated, if it doesn't work for the customer then it can't work for the dealership. His responsibility to the customer is to secure the most competitive finance package available for each and every customer, one that meets all of the customer's needs and wants. You will always have his total commitment to work hard for you. We have several Finance sources to choose from.
Our Service Department is headed
by our new Service Manager, Jim Stegman, and his assistant Eric . Jim comes
to us with a wealth of knowledge of all aspects of the service end of the
business. With over sixteen years of experience as a technician, a service
manager for a multi-line European import dealership (Mercedes, BMW,
Rolls-Royce, Lambhorgini) and most recently as Parts Manager for a large
dealership in Albany, Jim will ensure your service experience will exceed
your expectations.
We have five technicians, all Toyota factory trained and with the highest levels of accomplishment of Toyota factory certification. Dick Phillips has been with Glens Falls Toyota for over twenty years and holds Toyota's Master Certification. There is no better, more experienced Toyota technician around. Chuck Snyder has been with us for eight years and is about to complete his Master status.
Bob Bunting and Clint Harrington, Lee Darrah are staff technicians and have a long service history before joining us and Chad Ralph is the latest edition to our staff. If you want your vehicle fixed right, at competitive prices, call Jim or Eric for an appointment (we can usually get you in the same day!). We also have by far the lowest hourly rate of any Toyota dealership within the Glens Falls, Saratoga, Albany market. Call and compare for yourself.
Our Detail Department is manned by Mike Bushey who has been with us for over eight years and Mat Winch who has been with us for thee years. They are responsible for new car prep and making our pre-owned cars and trucks look like new.

Our expert Toyota Parts Department is staffed by Angel McKenna, Lynn Goldsmith and Mark Cartier they will go out of their way to help you receive your parts in the fastest, most efficient manner possible, even accessing nationwide Toyota dealer's inventories on line to get that hard to find part.
OFFICE
No car dealership can function
without a good office staff; and ours, headed by Linda Shudt and is
assisted by Kathy Zack,Frances Taylor, Michelle Krieg and Ben Fuller.
